Our Mentorship program covers 4 areas known as our "Guiding Star Principles". The 4 areas are Physical, Social, Intellectual and Artistic. We delve into these areas upon onboarding and find goals that are suited for each mentee. We use these goals, break them into doable pieces and build a roadmap to accomplishing their goals. We also teach a few other areas, such as mental health, financial independency and discipline. A remote form of contact is required. They will be given assignments that they must be able to show the completion of.
